HOMOEOPATHIC NOSODES
THE USE OF PROPHYLACTIC NOSODES

Homoeopathic Nosodes may be used as a prophylactic for humans and animals and as a medicine should the disease be acquired.

For use as a prophylactic the indicated nosode may be given as follows.

‘Vaccination’ course: - 1 pill twice per day (morning and night) for three days then 1 pill per week for 6 weeks. This can be backed up with 1 pill per month for 6 months. The ‘booster for this is 1 pill twice per day for 3 days as and when needed or every 6-12 months. This rate is for uninfected situations.

An alternative to this dose rate is 1 pill 3 times a day on 1 day per week. This rate is used for uninfected situations and when exposed to environments that are deemed high risk or when travelling in effected countries while there is a risk eg local outbreak etc.

When there is a higher risk of infection or when the ‘season’ for the condition may increase the risk eg for Malaria, Leishmaniasis Influenza etc, or by environment, the recommended dose rate is 1 tablet every day while the risk remains high then reduce to the above dosage rate.

For infected cases the dose rate will be 1 tablet twice per day for at least three weeks.

If you are in any doubt please contact a practitioner to clarify your needs.

Each standard bottle will have at least 140 doses. This would give 48 weeks cover as a prophylactic. 145 days cover in high risk times. For infected patients it gives 3 complete courses of treatment.
Cost is £5 per standard bottle plus current rate of p&p.
Also available in drops or granules same price.

There are sometimes other remedies that can help with particular disease symptoms and these should be discussed with your supplier or practitioner.
Also it is useful to note that the suggested does may vary from parctitioner to parctitioner so do not be alarmed if you see alternative dosage recommendations to those above. All will be effective.

Many owners use the nosode alone but they can also be used alongside conventional vaccine and help reduce possible side effects.

*Should any harmful effects of conventional vaccine be experienced, the relevant nosodes (as above) should be given (along with Thuja 30c and 200c) or appropriate constitutional remedy. On occasions the adjuvant portion of a killed vaccine can cause trouble (eg Aluminium Hydroxide) whereupon the potentised (homoeopathic) form of this can be given with great effect, reducing local pain, general symptoms and risk of abscessation.” Please email with specific symptoms and case history if side effects from conventional vaccine are suspected so the best suited remedy can be suggested.  Dosage rate will be advised at the time of ordering as this will be dependant upon individual symptoms.
